WP Subdomains: Delays and Apologies
Just to let you know that I’m still working on the next release but work and home life have consumed all of my free time for the last few weeks. Sorry for this but I’m definitely still working on this project.
I’ve also heard that the plugin might not work in wordpress 2.7. I need to test this and if it’s confirmed I will release a fix ASAP.

Hi, i wanted to know if on the next release or is there any way to use this plugin to display subdomains for each author on the webpage thak you very much!.
The Custom Theme selector on the edit category page stopped working but I have now fixed it in the development version that I hope to release as soon as possible. I just need to tie up some loose ends on the features I was in the middle of implementing.
Just wanted to check what you mean by this. Basically if there is a user called bob then if you go to http://bob.mydomain.com/ it shows all the posts that were posted by bob. Same as if you went to http://www.mydomain.com/author/bob ?
If that’s right then it’s a great idea and I will definitely put it in. However it wont be in the next version as I’m trying to get it out as soon as possible as it has some important bug fixes. I will, if it’s not too hard to implement, put it in the next version after that which should be out in a few weeks.

Currently I’m away of a few bugs that would stop it working on particular setups and I’m trying to fix them.
Could you provide a few more details of your setup, the subdomains you hope to have and where they should point.

category url: http://news.bim.kiev.ua/ is 404.
This is not a 404.
This is that the dns entry for news.bim.kiev.ua does not exist. You need to setup the DNS entry so web browsers know where to go.
how can i do that?
You’ll need to ask whoever is managing the DNS for your domain to point an entry for all your subdomains at your server’s IP address.

just needed some more info from you on this. Do you just need the subdomain ability or do you want to be able to select custom themes for each user too?
